Buying Process

Please note that currently, we are only accepting orders for clients in California, if you are out of state and are interested in a Zome please sign up to our mailing list and we will be notifying you as soon as we have national availability.

• Reserve Your Place in Line.

  Our Zomes are first come first serve. Soon after you've paid your deposit you'll be contacted by us to let you know the timeline of your production and installation. Currently we're anticipating around 8-10 weeks between deposit payment and full installation.

• Finance the Total Amount.

  We will notify you when your Zome is in production, you will then have the option to either pay in full or finance your Zome through our third party financing partner. At this point you can choose to refund your deposit if you've changed your mind.

• Shipment and Assembly.

  Once the Zome has been financed, we will call you to schedule your Zome delivery as well as a site survey where our technician will visit with you to discuss placement and any other details. Within 1 week, depending on scheduling, our team will show up and install your Zome within a 5-7 day window.

• Enjoy Your New Zome.

  Your Zome is now fully installed and yours to enjoy!
